Come join us for a world-class culinary experience at Mountain Sky! Head chef Brian Bielen, pastry chef Pam Comstock, and our guest sommeliers and winemakers will show you the secrets to hosting "Mountain Sky" style through several intimate cooking and tasting workshops.
During the hour-long morning workshops, guests will focus on the preparation and execution of several delicious hors d'oeuvres and desserts. Evening workshops will focus on wine, and our sommeliers will guide you through a tasting and pairing hour as you enjoy the morning's creations.
When guests aren't participating in one of the hands-on workshops, they'll enjoy our luxurious accommodations, gourmet meals, and activities ranging from horseback rides and hikes, to instructional fly fishing and yoga. Guests can also look forward to musical entertainment by local artists in the cozy fonfines of the Mountain Sky saloon.
