We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Housekeeping Manager - 7 months (April - October)
Come join the management team here at Mountain Sky! Manage staff and communicate with our guests to provide organized, efficient, and quality housekeeping services at our 4-Diamond resort ranch! Responsible for weekly ordering and inventory. Strenuous work required. Monthly salary based on experience, room and board included.
Bar Manager - 6 months (May - October)
Responsible for the social epicenter of our operation - the saloon! Full bar and extensive wine list. Manage a small staff, take care of ordering and inventory, and hear about the great time our guests are having while they enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine. Wine service and some waitstaff duties will be required. Monthly salary based on experience, room and board included.
Cook - 3 - 4 months (June - September)
We are looking for someone to assist the Executive Chef in all areas of kitchen operations, including the preparation and execution of 3 and 5 course plated gourmet meals for 60-90 guests, upscale hors d'oeuvres, meals for our younger guests and 70+ staff, and ethnic buffet-style lunches. Free room and board.
Guest ServicesThis entry-level position features great variety, and staff will rotate between our dining room, kids program, and housekeeping department. A great option for college students looking for an exciting summer job in a beautiful place, or graduates looking for a grand adventure! Free room and board.
WranglersWranglers must demonstrate excellent horsemanship and customer-service skills, and are
responsible for leading guest rides, grooming and tacking the horses,
gathering the herd in the mornings, and fence and trail maintenance.
A riding video will be required of all applicants unable to do a live riding interview. Free room and board.
Grounds / MaintenanceResponsible for grooming and maintaining lawns and recreational areas. Daily maintenance of pool/spa
facility, organization and disposal of ranch waste and recyclables, and
light maintenance duties as assigned. Free room and board.
